Style Baazar is hiring a Regional Visual Merchandiser to lead visual design, window display, and in-store communication throughout the Bihar & Assam region. The ideal candidate must have strong creative and execution skills with a background in fashion retail visual merchandise.
Location: Bihar & Assam
Experience: 7–8 Years (Fashion Brand Only)
Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA

Key Responsibilities Regional Visual Merchandiser :
- Perform VM docket plans shared by HQ.
- Plan & execute window and in-store displays.
- Developing innovative in-store visual ideas aligned with brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular shop visits for compliance & improvements.
- Coordinate with vendors and store teams for campaign execution.
- Training store staff on VM principles & maintaining consistency.
- Manage new store VM setups & post-Execution reporting.
Technical Skills

Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Strong sense of design, color, and brand presentation.
