About the Job:
- As an Operations Supporting Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
Data Analysis and Process Development: Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and develop processes to enhance store operations. - Customer Experience Excellence: Achieve high standards of customer service through effective management and operational strategies.
- Operating Expense Management: Manage and optimize operating costs to improve profitability.
- Store Environment, Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and maintain an optimal store environment for customers and employees.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships and agreements to ensure quality and cost-effective administrative and facility services.
- Shrinkage and Loss Prevention: Implement measures to reduce and control product shrinkage, and develop strategies for theft prevention and loss mitigation.
- Audits & Compliance: Perform frequent audits to ensure compliance and increase the efficiency of store operations.
